Amazing Tech!!fast, friendly, professional and she does an amazing job..Thanks Sam!!😘 Update:I usually don't post bad reviews, I just dont return to the place.But I must share how today was disappointing.I scheduled an 11am appointment with Sam on today.I get to the shop at 11am, she is not present.The techs that were there said she was running late.Ok, so I texted for an update, she only read the messages;no response.Sam arrived at the shop after I left.She called and advised that she was at the shop.I headed back after I said I wasn't..when I arrived, she had started on another customer.I was clueless, pissed, upset and irritated because what is the purpose of scheduling appointments??May it be noted, Sam and the staff are nice and friendly, but time is NOT her friend.It appears that she doesn't have remorse and she has an issue admitting when wrong.Great nail tech and in a convenient location, but if you schedule an appointment with her, its not guaranteed you will be seen at that time... ~ Nicole W

Ann did my manicure and pedicure. I couldn’t be happier. She took her time to check that everything was done to my satisfaction. I feel like all the nail techs should be like Ann. I didn’t feel rushed, she didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t want ( well , a little but I know they have to) and I was in and out. They have good prices also and the place is clean with a big tv that they kept on some true crime show, so that was also very cool. ~ Cynthia R

I’m totally in love with this place and everyone who has serviced me. So far Hailey on my nails she’s so thorough and professional and patient and makes sure I’m happy. Helen is the same. My pedicure was chefs kiss. She even fixed them for me when I wanted them thinner with no problem. They aim to please which is so rare! I’m so thankful! Prices are great too! Color selection. I came here for the first time and saw Helen for an mani/pedi. She was amazing. Very thorough and and took the time to do an amazing job on both my feet and hands. The foot scrub and wave massage felt so good too. My nails having liked this good in a long time. Thanks Helen for taking the time and care that my hands and feet so dearly needed. Be coming to Miracle Nails for 15 years and these ladies are always do wonderful work and are attentive with great customer service. All the services they provide are always done with skill and professionalism. They always remember me and ask how my family and I are. I am an extremely picky person. It took me 1 year to find Lily and for 9 years she has been doing my nails. I just love and love her outstanding work. Everyone at the shop does an amazing job. Helen has been doing my pedicures for years! She is extremely meticulous and takes her time, no matter where in Houston I move, I keep finding my way back to her because no one has compared. I have been coming to Helen for 14 years now. I love that she never rushes and takes her time. My paint on my toes last a long time. She always takes care of me. Great job! my cuticles are pretty sensitive, and in the past, some technicians hurt my fingers, but Miracle’s technician was just perfect.
